We have assembled the information that we received from you and are prepared to file on your behalf a notice of claim against the responsible parties. A “notice of claim” is a necessary pre-requisite, to filing a lawsuit on your behalf as mandated by the Michigan Compiled Laws Section 600.6431. In order to file your individual claim, we will need you to sign your claim before a notary public as soon as possible. To make this happen conveniently, you may come to our resource center located at: 1210 North Ballenger Highway at any of the following times. You need NOT make an appointment but you MUST bring your driver’s license or other government issued identification:

FRIDAY, MAY 27 - 10AM- 1PM

SATURDAY, MAY 28 - 10AM-1PM

To move forward with your claim, you must sign your notice of claim immediately, as the deadline for filing this claim may be as early as June 5, 2016. If you cannot make it during one of the listed times, please call 810-618-9111 and we will make alternate arrangements.
